3. Waiver & Liability

By participating in the Healthon marathon, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You understand that participating in a marathon is a physically strenuous and potentially hazardous activity.
• You confirm that you are medically fit to participate and assume all risks associated with the event, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, effects of the weather, traffic, and course conditions.
• You, for yourself and anyone entitled to act on your behalf, waive and release Healthon, Dainik Jagran - inext, its organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and officials from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of your participation in this event, even if that liability arises out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver.
• Organizers are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property that may occur during the event.

4. Media Consent & Use

By registering and participating in the event, you irrevocably grant Healthon (Dainik Jagran - inext) and its authorized partners the right to:

• Use your name, likeness, voice, photographs, and video footage taken of you during the event.
• Use this media in any form (e.g., promotional materials, advertisements, social media, press releases, websites) for marketing, promotional, and media purposes.
• This consent is given without any compensation or prior approval from you.

5. Data Security

We are committed to protecting your information. We implement reasonable security measures to safeguard your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.

6. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with trusted third parties only for event-related purposes, such as:

• Our timing partner for BIB allocation and race results.
• Our payment gateway provider to process your registration fee.
