The organizers of Healthon, Dainik Jagran-inext, a unit of Jagran Prakashan Limited hereon referred as, ‘Organizers’ will ensure that up- to- date information is available on the Healthon website and reserve the right to update/modify/delete any information on the Healthon website (www.inextHealthon.com) at any time and without any prior information
2. Please note that the organizers hold no responsibility for incorrect statements, quotes or descriptions and thereby exclude liability for any losses resulting from such wrong information.
3. The organizers have every right to take legal action on the individual who misuse/alter/reproduce the content/information available on the website.
4. In no event will the organizers be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.
5. The e-payment online transactions are executed using state of the art technology (SSL) to ensure secured transaction and the organizers are not involved in the payment process directly
6. The organizers shall not be liable for any damages caused or any payment failure by the participants or a third party making payment on behalf of participant and to properly protect data from being seen on their screen by other persons or otherwise obtained by such persons, during the online payment process or in respect of any omission to provide accurate information in the course of the online payment process.
7. By Participating in Half Marathon or any of the running categories of Healthon, you consent that you are completely fit for running and do not have any ailments/injuries that may arise or worsen due to running / participating.
8. The organizers will be providing basic healthcare for the duration of event. In case of any unfortunate and unforeseen incidents like (Heart attack)that are beyond the control of organizers, the organizers shall not be held responsible.
