The stage is all set for promoting good health, fitness and fun all at one place – Dainik Jagran Inext HealthOn. It is one such running events in Lucknow that aims to create health awareness among masses and promote the idea of running every day for atleast 10 mins a day as it can lower the risk of dreadful diseases.
Running is one such exercise that promotes heart health, helps in boosting immunity and improves memory growth. Dainik Jagran Inext HealthOn is basically a health run event that has been organised on 26th March, 2023 at janeshwar Mishra park,Lucknow. The run has been bifurcated in 3 categories: Fun run, freedom run and fitness run. The distance that has to be covered in Fun run is 2km, freedom run is 5km and fitness run is 11km.
The HealthOn run event is carnival themed that encourages health, fitness and active living. The event would be a perfect amalgamation of fun, fitness and frolic. When talking about the same, the running route will have various water zones to keep the participants hydrated along with proper arrangement for refreshment zones. Participants across all age groups are invited to take part in the Lucknow health run event along with local celebs, prominent city clubs and professional runners.
